Tell us what happened
Include:
- What you were trying to do.
- The page or feature you were using.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Any error message, copied exactly if possible.
- Your device and browser, if the issue concerns how something looks or works.
Add a screenshot or recording
A screenshot or short screen recording can help explain the problem. Only include information you're comfortable sharing, and keep passwords and payment details out of the recording.
Suggest a guide
If a walkthrough would make something easier, tell us which task you want to complete. Your questions help us decide which guides to record next.
